Furnished apartment rental in Victor Hugo neighborhood

The Place Victor Hugo in Paris is located in the 16th arrondissement, which is the largest(in terms of surface area) of the French capital. It is also the arrondissement with the most consulates and embassies in it. There are also many museums in this area. There is the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum, and the Palais Galliera, aka the City of Paris Fashion Museum. The square was named after the death of the poet, playwright and politician Victor Hugo in December 1885.

The fountain of the place Victor Hugo dates from 1964. The square is located at the intersection of various avenues: Raymond Poincaré, rue Copernic, rue Boissière, avenue Bugeaud, rue Léonard de Vinci, rue de Sontay and rue Ménil. The entrance to the Church of Saint-Honoré d'Eylau can be found here.

Unsurprisingly, this is an area targeted by those wishing to invest in real estate and is one of the most popular with tourists. Place Victor Hugo is doing well despite a price per square meter higher than the Parisian average. It is a very well-placed area with many amenities.

As far as schools are concerned, you can find the scientific homeopathic institute, the ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion), and the private high school Passy Saint Honoré (all three located on avenue Victor Hugo) or the school group Saint Honoré d'Eylau located on avenue Raymond Poincaré.

This district is very popular with Parisians and others and attracts many investors. This lively district offers a very pleasant living environment.

The Victor Hugo station is on Line 2.
